Encompass University sends out automatic enrollment notifications within 1 hour of enrollment and reminder notifications 24 hours before the session start date/time. If you have not received an email notification, please contact EQA at rarceqa@med.cornell.edu or rarc_eqa@mskcc.org.
If this happens, it is usually a browser cache issue. It is usually fixed by deleting the browser history, and closing the browser session. Then open a new browser session, log into EnCCoMPass University and launch the module again. If this does not fix your issue contact the EQA service at rarceqa@med.cornell.edu or rarc_eqa@mskcc.org.
If you have confirmed that all the course quizzes show a passing score and the course status indicates “incomplete”, please contact EQA at rarceqa@med.cornell.edu or rarc_eqa@mskcc.org for guidance.
The training eligibility/ authorization is completed administratively the day prior to the session. If you have not been contacted by an EQA specialist regarding issues with your eligibility please attend your scheduled facility tour session.
First request access to the facility using the Access module. Once access has been granted, you will be able to enroll for the facility tour in the Training module.
