Do I need to request training?
You do not need to request IACUC mandated training. You are auto-enrolled for all IACUC mandated training based on your Animal User role in your IACUC protocol(s). If you would like specialized or ‘ad hoc’ training, please contact the EQA service at rarceqa@med.cornell.edu or rarc_eqa@mskcc.org
I am able to log into EnCCoMPass but when I try to login to EnCCOMPass University I receive an “access denied” message. What do I do?

When I try to log into EnCCoMPass Univsersity I get an EnCCU log in screen and my log in credentials don’t work. What should I do?

Once I’ve been granted RARC facility access I am required to complete a RARC facility tour within 30 days, how do I enroll?
Facility tours are scheduled by contacting the EQA service at rarceqa@med.cornell.edu or rarc_eqa@mskcc.org.
What should I do if I do not receive an email confirmation of enrollment from EnCCoMPass University?
Encompass University sends out automatic enrollment notifications within 1 hour of enrollment and reminder notifications 24 hours before the session start date/time. If you have not received an email notification, please contact EQA at rarceqa@med.cornell.edu or rarc_eqa@mskcc.org.
Occasionally, when I am running an online module my forward/next arrow does not appear. How can I fix that?
If this happens, it is usually a browser cache issue. It is usually fixed by deleting the browser history, and closing the browser session. Then open a new browser session, log into EnCCoMPass University and launch the module again. If this does not fix your issue contact the EQA service at rarceqa@med.cornell.edu or rarc_eqa@mskcc.org.
What should I do if I believe I completed an online training module but it is showing up as incomplete in my enrolled courses list in EnCCoMPass University?
If you have confirmed that all the course quizzes show a passing score and the course status indicates “incomplete”, please contact EQA at rarceqa@med.cornell.edu or rarc_eqa@mskcc.org for guidance.
What does it mean if the status of my course gradebook item “Administrative evaluation of training eligibility “for a facility tour indicates incomplete”?
The training eligibility/ authorization is completed administratively the day prior to the session. If you have not been contacted by an EQA specialist regarding issues with your eligibility please attend your scheduled facility tour session.
How do I enroll in a facility tour?
First request access to the facility using the Access module. Once access has been granted, you will be able to enroll for the facility tour in the Training module.
