How do I request that a veterinarian or veterinary technician looks at sick or unusual animals?

How do I request that a veterinarian or veterinary technician provide treatment for an animal?
To request a treatment for an animal, do not write on the health check card.
You can make an investigator entry (investigator response) into the animal health record to request the treatment.

Alternatively, you may email the veterinary technician that provides care for your animals.
How do I document that I provided treatment to an animal?
To document that a treatment was provided, do not write on the health check card.
You should document the treatment by entering an investigator response in the health record.

You can activate your Vacation Settings from the upper right hand corner of your Preferences home page. This can be found in the Census application under the administrative section.
